Tangible Items
Sometimes individuals, businesses, churches, or groups want to donate a tangible item or product that will directly impact the children and families we serve.
Tangible items are typically dropped off at the commissary or headquarters at Boothe Campus. You may also call 361-375-2101 or contact us to arrange for pick-up of the items.
Planned Giving
Planned Giving is a method allowing a donor to leave money or assets to a nonprofit at his or her death. It provides a way to invest money so that a donor receives benefits during their lifetime and then leaves the remaining funds to the nonprofit.
Coins for Kids
Coins for Kids is proof that anyone can make a difference in the lives of children—including other kids! When a group of people gives their spare change, the impact can really add up. Churches can use Coins for Kids as a way to teach children about giving and how to put the needs of others first. This program is great for VBS or as a project for a Sunday school class, small group, or an entire church.
Cans for Kids
It is always exciting to see the outpouring of love for our children through the Cans for Kids drives which are held in churches and communities. This program is great as a project for a Sunday school class, small group, or the entire church. Cans are collected over the course of a period of time and donated to STCH Ministries.
Employer Matching
We encourage you to find out if your employer participates in the Employer Matching Gift Program. Your company may “match” charitable donations made by you to certain types of organizations. Please check with your human resources department to determine if your company offers this benefit.
