Pastor Care
Strengthen & replenish
We realize that pastors are on the front lines of ministry, and they, along with their families, face a unique set of challenges and pressures. Pastor Care is designed to strengthen and replenish the well-being of our church leaders.
- We are equipped to provide confidential counseling for ministry families, and we make it a priority to address the needs of those who are serving so many.
- We also have preachers and speakers on staff who are available for pulpit supply when a pastor needs time away.

Family Support

Family Support connects needs with resources. Whenever a family has needs that can be served by one or more of our ministries, Family Support helps them understand what we offer and how to begin. For needs that are beyond the scope of our ministries, we guide families to other services that are available in the community.
Family Support was created out of the realization that a family’s needs are not isolated; they are interconnected. A couple who needs counseling may also need educational resources about money management. A child who needs care at Homes for Children may have a parent who needs job training and spiritual guidance. Through our Family Support ministry, we employ a holistic approach to meeting the needs of children and families.
Ministry Consulting
Working together
Sometimes the best way to help a child or family is by helping another organization that is already in a position to meet their needs. When another ministry is closely aligned with our purpose and values, we welcome the opportunity to share expertise and resources that can help them operate more effectively.
This is a ministry without a great deal of public fanfare — you may not see Ministry Consulting featured often in a Messenger article or Facebook post — but this behind-the-scenes work is a means of effective stewardship. And although the name may sound business-like, we operate this ministry the same as all our others: without requiring anything in return from the ones we serve.
